Yolanda F. Pagano began her career in public accounting with KPMG. She then joined PECO Energy, where she led and implemented large-scale programs and projects focusing on energy, environment, climate change, sustainability, legal restructuring, merger integration (forming Exelon Corporation), regulatory policy, and financial matters. Yolanda currently leads the sustainability practice at OBG providing strategic and operational advice to clients implementing and advancing sustainability/CSR programs. As a licensed attorney and CPA, she designs programs to manage risk, transform operations, spur innovation and secure competitive advantage. Yolanda served as a member of the Pennsylvania Climate Change Roadmap working group and a Steering Committee Member for the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources’ TreeVitalize program. She was awarded her J.D. from the Villanova University, School of Law and her B.S. in accounting from Saint Joseph’s University. She serves on the Council of Presidents of the Villanova Law Alumni Association.
